Hakuna matata

I made this video back when Corey Vidal assumed all credit for his lip sync video. he has since given credit to the group moosebutter, but this video will remain as a monument to his hilarious antics.

like others on the internet, i have long been amused with this fellow's antics. from his unintentionally hilarious hosting of the toronto youtube gathering, to his one minute staring contest with no one in the supernote contest, this guy has quickly become one of my favorite youtube clowns.

then i see his "star wars" video which was featured on the homepage. i watched it and thought - "wow...this is original...clever...skillful...maybe there's more to corey than i thought?"

then i read the description to his video in which he gives "big thank you" to a group called moosebutter who "greatly assisted him" in making the video.

i guess according to cory "assist" means to "write, arrange and perform," because it turns out all corey did in his featured video was lip sync someone else's song and then let people assume he did the whole thing with a "a little help from his friends."
